In 1995 brothers, Brian and Keith Lavender, formed Foresight Security and began installing high quality security systems with available 24 hour alarm monitoring. After a short while, another brother, Dan Lavender, joined the team of low- voltage installers. Dan's vision for the company expanded the business into the home entertainment and smart home technology arena.

Brian and Dan continue to own and operate Foresight Systems, Inc. (FSI) in Chandler, Arizona. The Company has experienced explosive growth in recent years with the construction boom in Phoenix and surrounding areas. It's hard to believe that in just ten years Foresight has become one of the largest low-voltage contractors in the state! With nearly 100 employees, Foresight trucks seem to be on every corner!!
