PAY PERIOD:	Every two weeks.
DRAW:	$923.08 PER PAY PERIOD (10 CONTRACTS MINIMUM PER PAY PERIOD WITH SIGNATURES). COMPANY CAR PROVIDED FOR OUTSIDE SALES (after 90 trial period)
CONTRACT COMMISSION PAYMENT AS FOLLOWS:
LEVEL 1:	Foresight builder/ Partner front end sales W/36 month signed agreement $125.00 per contract credited towards draw
LEVEL 2:	Other builders front end sales W/36 month signed agreement $175.00 per contract credited towards draw
LEVEL 3:	Switchover and reactivations W/12 month minimum agreement $50.00 per contract credited towards draw
UPSELLS:	35% of total accessory upsell amount (goes towards draw if below 10 contracts per pay period)
