Sim­ply Smart, a lead­ing Smart Home Tech­nol­o­gy provider, is cur­rent­ly look­ing for a cus­tomer fac­ing Smart Sys­tem Advi­sor. Our com­pa­ny is pas­sion­ate about pro­vid­ing the lat­est in-home tech­nol­o­gy with names like Ama­zon, Ring, Hon­ey­well, eero, Kwik­set and has been a leader in the indus­try for 25 years.

As part of a new home build process, when homes are com­plet­ed, we acti­vate the new homeowner’s Wi-Fi sys­tem and add com­pat­i­ble Apple IOS or Android devices to the net­work.  In addi­tion, we con­nect and set up smart devices that may include: Video Door­bells, Light­ing, Ther­mo­stat & Garage door con­trols, Door locks and Ama­zon Alexa. Inte­gra­tion of these devices allows the home­own­er the abil­i­ty to con­trol and mon­i­tor their smart home by voice or con­nect­ed device in their home while they are away.

What you’ll do

• Meet with home buy­ers at new com­mu­ni­ties with pre­designed products
• Set­up pre-select­ed autho­rized smart home tech­nol­o­gy in new res­i­den­tial homes
• Install the app asso­ci­at­ed with each smart home device; link the apps using Alexa Skills
• Using app-based instruc­tions to set­up the Wi-Fi and join devices to the network
• Ensure on-time arrival to dai­ly cus­tomer appointments
• Pro­vide excep­tion­al cus­tomer service
• Main­tain a pro­fes­sion­al appearance
• Be the onsite tech guru edu­cat­ing the home buy­er on the use and fea­tures of the products

What we’re look­ing for

• Excep­tion­al cus­tomer ser­vice skills and pro­fes­sion­al appearance
• Expe­ri­ence with smart devices, app-based pro­gram­ing, Alexa skill inte­gra­tion, Wi-Fi and net­work­ing set­up and a tech­ni­cal apti­tude is helpful
• Cur­rent valid driver’s license and clean dri­ving record

Salary

• 35,000 Base plus Incentives
